Through public education, leadership development initiatives, conferences, and advocacy campaigns at local, national and international levels, US Campaign for Burma works to empower Americans and Burmese dissidents-in-exile to promote freedom, democracy, and human rights in Burma and raise awareness about the egregious human rights violations committed by Burma's military regime.

  • Campaigns and Advocacy

USCB launches campaigns to raise awareness and educate the public about what is happening on the ground. USCB engages in advocacy efforts to advise decision-makers about the on-the-ground situation to make informed decisions on US-Burma policy.

  • Solidarity and Capacity Building

USCB stands in solidarity with the people of Burma. To continue supporting the people of Burma, USCB works with local partners to strengthen their abilities to share information about the changing situation on the ground and help build their resources. USCB also provides advocacy training for groups and/or organizations for grassroots members and the diaspora.

  • Research and Documentation

USCB documents human rights violations, war crimes, and crimes against humanity through a visual resource on an online crowd map. We also collaborate on research projects with local partners to provide the most recent information available from on-the-ground in Burma.

  • Partnerships & Networking

USCB establishes and strengthens relationships with partners around the world, whether they are local partners on the ground in Burma, like-minded organizations, and the diaspora.
